1. Business Name is the advertiser to which the statistics relate.
2. Heading shows the names of the Yellow Pages categories that the advertiser has a listing in. A heading is also a keyword for that listing. When just a single letter is shown, the listing appears in the White Pages section, under that letter, on bermudayp.com.
3. Totals shows the overall total for each column for the past 180 and 365 days.
4. Impressions are the number of times a particular listing has appeared on a user's screen a a direct result of a search. These results are listing-specific and may vary depending on the name of the listing, the keywords assigned to it, and the listing's search score – the type of listing and advertiser has chosen determines the search score. An ELITE listing has a higher search score than an ULTRA listing, which has a higher search score than a REGULAR listing.
5. Heading Views are the number of times a user has refined their search by clicking through to a specific category/heading during a search. Because they are heading-specific, these numbers will be the same for every company listed under a given category.
6. Save + Share is the number of times that a person has used this feature to print the company's information, save it to their address book, or share the information with someone else via cell phone or e-mail.
7. This area describes the icons appearing in the summary report, and the date that it was generated.
8. These columns represent the number of times a specific button has been clicked on by a user who has viewed the listing. They are listing-specific and will vary from customer to customer.
