Description: oin The Chewstick Foundation for our 9th Anniverary Celebration! Vibes will begin with an opening reception in the City Hall Foyer from 7pm. At 8pm the audience will be ushered into the the City Hall Theatre for a showcase to highlight Chewstick’s bright, accomplished. dynamic and promising talents.
An eclectic mix of dance, poetry, storytelling, rapping, and musical interludes has been compiled that is guaranteed to please everyone! After the show Gombeys will engage the crowd and lead the way back to the Chewstick facility on the corner of Elliot Street and Court Street where the djs will takeover and the dancing will begin.
We are pleased and excited to have Premier The Honourable Paula A. Cox as our distinguished patron this year and hope that many others will join her in helping to support The Chewstick Foundation.

Description: The 2012 Bermuda Marathon Weekend is a three day running event open to Bermuda residents and visitors. It features the KPMG Bermuda Invitational Mile, 10K, 10K Walk, Half Marathon and the 37th Bermuda Marathon. Another feature is the Bermuda Triangle Challenge - run a mile, 10K and Half or Full Marathon in 3 days and "survive the Triangle".
Major sponsors are the Bermuda Department of Tourism and KPMG.
Organized by The Bermuda Track & Field Association, a Bermuda registered Charity.

Bermuda, Educational SeminarsDescription: On January 19th at 6:30pm, Dr. Hilda Dunsmore and the Bermuda Cancer & Health Centre invite you to attend a free public health talk concerning the importance of maintaining childhood vaccinations and the diseased prevented by the HPV Vaccine.
Preceding the seminar at 5pm there will be health screenings, vendors and information tables.

Description: On January 20th, P.A.L.S. invites you to participate in the Dream Dare Dance "Girls Night Out" fundraiser/danceathon!
Dance-a-thon kicks off at 8pm, with the idea being to be the last dancer remaining on the floor. Judges will be presenting other fun awards aswell, so it is important to look and dance your best! So grab your friends, family and co-workers, and ask them to sponsor you to raise funds!
There will be a cash bar (serving wine and soft drinks), raffle, silent auction and dream boards.
With all proceeds going to P.A.L.S. cancer care center, this event benefits a GREAT cause, and will be lots of zany fun!
