Goal:

Blood Pressure - Less than 120/80
Fasting Glucose - Less than 100
• Total Cholesterol - Less than 200

  • º LDL - Less than 130
  • º HDL - Greater than 50
  • º Triglycerides - Less than 150

• Waist Measurement - Less thant 35": Women / Less than 40": Men
• Exercise - Minimum 30 minutes daily

Love Your Heart

• Exercise at least 30 minutes per day
• Relieve stress
• Don't smoke
• Eat a balanced diet low in saturated & trans fats
• Know your family history
• Drink alcohol in moderation
