• Blood Pressure - Less than 120/80
• Fasting Glucose - Less than 100
• Total Cholesterol - Less than 200
- º LDL - Less than 130
- º HDL - Greater than 50
- º Triglycerides - Less than 150
• Waist Measurement - Less thant 35": Women / Less than 40": Men
• Exercise - Minimum 30 minutes daily
