Persons over 65 years have access to HIP and/or FutureCare. The HIP Plan is a basic health insurance plan. FutureCare provides even more comprehensive healthcare coverage. Call 295-9210 for rates on HIP and FutureCare or see website for details.

 

Private Insurance Companies
There are a number of private insurance companies that offer health insurance beyond retirement, often on a restricted basis. Bermuda does not have a comprehensive national health insurance plan for senior citizens.
