Our entrance is tucked down a narrow alley-way, gives Bolero a sense of secrecy, a place that ‘only the locals know about’.
When opening Bolero In April 2007 I envisioned a neighborhood eatery, a restaurant full of warmth and charm. a lively, bustling, friendly place, and a place where the staff are considered ‘family’. We wanted a mind-set in the staff that they work ‘with’ us not just simply ‘for’ us.
We sought to restore an atmosphere that welcomes people from all walks of life Business people in suits dining next to locals wearing more casual attire people that are simply out for good food and friendly efficient service and an enjoyable dining experience.
