Description
Preserving Bermuda's Environment
Since 2016

In April 2016, the Department of Conservation Services and the Department of Environmental Protection merged to form the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources is a department under the Ministry of Home Affairs and works to manage and preserve Bermuda's environment. One of our primary aims is to educate people about conserving natural resources for future generations.

We maintain the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum, and Zoo who are in partnership with the supporting charity, Bermuda Zoological Society. We work in collaboration with the department of planning to ensure that the environment remains world-class.
