The Department of Court Services falls under the Ministry of Legal Affairs in Bermuda. We are compliant with Bermuda’s criminal justice system and work with partners within the community.

Our comprehensive services include assessment and treatment, case management, community service orders, probation, drug treatment court program and rehabilitation, prevention and restorative services for offenders. We also run mental health treatment programmes. We prepare timely reports and our stakeholders include The Judiciary, Bermuda Police Service, Legal Aid, Ancillary Service and treatment providers and the Department of Corrections.
