The Louis Vuitton America's Cup World Series is finally here and the BYP team is excited to be a part of the biggest buzz to hit Bermuda in years. “Our Bermuda” Festival and Event Village
During the America's Cup, the Our Bermuda Festival and Event Village will be running along Front Street in Hamilton. Family-friendly, the Village will open Friday evening from 5 to 8pm and from 1130am until 11pm on Saturday. On Sunday, it will be open from 1130am until 6pm. You can expect delicious food, entertainers, live music, fireworks, activities for the kids, a Fan Zone to watch the races and more.
Ana Luna's America's Cup Extravaganza
On Friday, October 16th, hop on board the Ana Luna, a 45' luxury sailing catamaran, for a day of adventure. Leaving Grotto Bay Resort at 10am, guests will view the America's Cup races and also enjoy swimming, a buffet lunch served in the courses and more. The excursion will end with a sunset cruise and champagne, with the Ana Luna returning to dock at 7pm. There will be a cash bar and the cost is $200 per person. America's Cup Official Spectator Boats
What's the best way to watch the America's Cup? From the official spectator boats! The best seats available, tickets cost up to $95 per person and boats depart Albuoy's Point, No. 1 Dock and Ferry Terminal at 1pm. Excursions last approximately 3 hours and guests view the races from the very front row. There is a cash bar and you can learn more or purchase tickets here.
Sailor Dock Out
Meet the members of the America's Cup teams in person at the Sailor Dock Out, which runs on Satuday and Sunday, October 17th to 18th! Beginning at 1230pm in the Fan Zone, sailors will be available on stage for a meet and greet prior to racing. This event is free and great for the little ones.
America's Cup Jam
Running from 7pm to 1am the night of Saturday, October 17th, the America's Cup Jam is perhaps the most anticipated social event of the weekend. Hosted by Fidelity International, reggae fusion superstars Maxi Priest and Shaggy will be performing alongside soca and reggae bands The Kings and Spice and Company at #1 Dock on Hamilton Harbour. General admission tickets cost $100 and the VIP experience, which costs $300, includes a front stage viewing area, cash bar, premium food, wait service and more. Red Steakhouse and Bar VIP Lounge
On Sunday, October 18th, Bermuda's Red Steakhouse and Bar is hosting an all-day VIP Grey Goose Lounge! Beginning at 11am, there will be a breakfast buffet followed by a lunch buffet at 130pm. Guests will be able to watch the races from the balcony beginning at 210pm. There will also be afternoon tea at 4pm and the viewing of the Awards Ceremony at 5pm.
