The service is open during business hours (Monday to Friday: 9-5) for both existing and new clients to help them optimise their health and medical conditions. Persons who are at increased risk of complications or a more severe illness should they contract Covid-19 includes those who are immunocompromised, such as: Chronic respiratory diseases, such as asthma and bronchitis Poorly controlled Diabetes Heart Disease/Cardiovascular disease e.g. High blood pressure, elevated lipids, stroke Heart failure Kidney disease Liver disease e.g. Hepatitis Chronic neurological diseases, including Parkinson's and Motor Neurone disease Weakened immune system as a result of treatment for HIV and cancer Severe chest/lung conditions such as cystic fibrosis and pulmonary fibrosis Other conditions which may create an immunocompromised status that would put person at higher risk for COVID-19 complications: 70 years or older Pregnant or breastfeeding Also, anyone who is directly responsible for providing care to someone who is immunocompromised should also take extra care at this time.
