What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays. As one of Bermuda’s only late-night pharmacies in the city, we are here to assist you even after standard business hours.

Can I refill my prescription online or via phone?

Yes! You can call our dedicated prescription line at 441-292-7986. For new prescriptions, you can also use our website's upload tool to send a photo of your script to save time, though the original physical copy must be presented upon pickup.

Do you offer prescription delivery?

Yes, we provide convenient delivery options across the island. Please contact our pharmacy team to arrange a delivery time and confirm your address on file

What is "Quality Choice" (QC)?

Quality Choice is our exclusive store brand. These products offer the same active ingredients and effectiveness as major name brands but at a significantly lower price, helping you save on your everyday healthcare essentials.

Do you provide compounding services?

Absolutely. We offer specialty medication drug compounding. Our pharmacists can customize medications to be dye-free, sugar-free, or in specific dosages/forms (like liquids or gels) that are not commercially available.

Can you source medications from overseas?

Yes. We have a robust supply chain with wholesalers in the UK, USA, and Canada. If you are looking for a specific medication that is difficult to find on the island, our team can often source it for you.

Yes, we provide free blood pressure testing in-store. No appointment is necessary—just speak with one of our pharmacists during your visit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. We also work with all major Bermuda insurance providers (such as Argus, BF&M, CG, and Future Care) to process your claims efficiently.
