A registered non-profit organization, the Center Against Abuse (formally known as the Physical Abuse Center) was registered in 1979. We are located in Hamilton and provide services to victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault on the island.

We aim to promote awareness of this kind of abuse within the Bermudian population and to offer crisis services for physical, verbal and emotional and sexual assault. We provide safe shelter and support for those involved in an abusive relationship. Our services are extended to both victims and witnesses and we run a 24-hour hotline service for reporting. Our full range of services includes counseling, anger management, safe house, pet therapy, court advocacy, community programmes and coping in the crisis.

We are committed to bringing positive change to the community and helping people build healthy relationships. Contact us if you are a victim or need assistance to fight domestic violence and abuse.
