Fountain Health is a small, private practice, based in Hamilton, Bermuda, specialising in internal medicine, diabetes and endocrinology. Founded by Dr. Annabel Fountain in 2017, the clinic has a particular interest in diabetic foot disease, diabetes and endocrine disease in pregnancy, pituitary disease and thyroid cancer.
The focus at Fountain Health is a personal approach to lifestyle management for patients needing assistance with Diabetes, Osteoporosis and Thyroid care, with the aim to reduce the use of medicates, thus cost of therapies and treatment.
