Established in 1998, American & Overseas Reinsurance Management Ltd. is an insurance holding company that operates as a professional insurer through subsidiaries in Bermuda and Barbados. We also provide management services in the USA and Bermuda.
We have been successfully operating since our inception and formed a trust for the benefit of our Series A Preference Shareholders in the first quarter, formed a trust for the benefit of our Class B Preference Shareholders in second quarter and also completed tax migration to the U.K. In the last quarter of 2014, we acquired Orpheus Group Ltd., which is a specialty writer of non-standard auto business in the USA. We also provided risk transfer, reinsurance and management services through our subsidiaries in the USA, Bermuda, and Barbados.
