What are your inbound shipping rates to Bermuda?

Shipping rates are calculated strictly by actual weight (not dimensional weight): First pound: $19.95 2 to 30 lbs: $5.95 per pound Over 30 lbs: $3.95 per pound

What is the difference between Express Shipping and Weekly Shipping?

Express Shipping: Your item is dispatched to Bermuda as soon as it lands at the U.S. warehouse (provided an invoice is uploaded), arriving in as little as 48 hours. Weekly Shipping: Packages are held from Friday through Thursday and consolidated into one single shipment. This saves money by charging the $19.95 "first-pound rate" only once for all combined items.

How much does membership cost?

Membership is $1 for your first year and $20 per year thereafter. This gives you access to a dedicated U.S. forwarding address in a zero-sales-tax jurisdiction.

Do you offer door-to-door delivery in Bermuda?

Yes. You can collect items at the Hamilton office (11 Bermudiana Rd) or opt for doorstep delivery across Bermuda for $0.99 per pound (capped at a maximum of $25 per shipment).

How do discounts work with the Mailboxes Loyalty Program?
