The City of Hamilton will make considerable traffic light improvements on Spurling Hill, including extensive channeling for electrical conduit, sidewalk reconstruction, and the building of a new pedestrian crossing.   Works are initially scheduled to begin on Saturday, August 10th, and will last around five to seven weeks.
