Under the formation of community worker Desmond Crockwell, YouthVision promotions started out as an informal gathering for young people in the cottage hill area, of hamilton parish.

These social gatherings then grew to form the nucleus of bailey's bay cricket club's youth program in the early 2000's.

Mr. Crockwell then went on to plan and promote community-focused events in the area, which stretched out to other parts of the island.

Collaborating with other community workers, Mr. Crockwell also planned cricket exhibitions, summer and winter camps, mentorship initiatives, discount cards for parents, and other programs, activities, and events.
