October shines a spotlight on women’s health, including Breast Cancer Awareness Month, World Mental Health Day on October 10, and World Menopause Day on October 18.   It is an opportunity to better understand health needs at every stage of life. From navigating hormonal changes to staying proactive with recommended screenings, informed choices and small steps can support long-term wellbeing.   Bermuda’s Pink Coalition is also highlighting the 30th Annual Allshores Breast Cancer Awareness Walk, bringing the community together in support of breast cancer care. The walk takes place on Wednesday, October 14.
