Bermuda Diabetes Association is offering a FREE nutrition programme. This programme offers 12 nutrition topics to enhance nutrition knowledge and improve health outcomes.   The goal is to help you to achieve any of the following: weight loss, lower blood pressure, reduction of cardiovascular risk, ad better blood glucose patterns.   The programme will be led by Arlene MacGuinness - Registered Dietitian   Sessions Each month they will be talking about a different topic.
