Glowworms have acquired celebrity status in Bermuda due to their seasonal mating displays in the warmer months. This happens two and three days after the full moon, and one hour after sunset. Glow worms are spectacular, glowing eerie green, males darting from the depths into a frenetic wriggle with the female after she emits her glowing green goo…
Ana Luna will depart from Grotto Bay about one hour before sunrise. First, you'll witness the sun setting over the open sea, next we will sail through the gorgeous sky and cloud colours that surround the yacht as the sunset deepens. As night surrounds Ana Luna anchors to view the mating ritual; the quantity of Glowworms varies widely for unknown reasons…they are truly a unique mystery under the Bermudian seas.
