The First Annual Rosewood Cup Golf Tournament

Rosewood Bermuda, is pleased to announce its first annual ‘Rosewood Cup’ golf tournament which will be hosted at the scenic 18-hole, par-70 Tucker’s Point Golf Course. This event will take place from November 25-27 2022, for members of Tucker’s Point Club and public non-pro players, men, and women will have the opportunity to compete in the property’s inaugural golf tournament and claim the title of ‘Rosewood Cup Champion’, while also partaking in exclusive events all weekend long! 

Friday, November 25th - Cocktail Party

To kickstart the weekend, a welcome cocktail party will be hosted on Friday, November 25th at 6:30 p.m. at Tucker’s Point Club for participants of the inaugural Rosewood Cup and their guests. Registration will take place as players enjoy a fun evening of cocktails while staking out their competition. 

Saturday, November 26th - 1st Day of the Tournament

The following day, Saturday, November 26th marks the first official day of the Tournament. Beginning at 11 a.m., golfers will be able to enjoy a grab-and-go style Brunch at Sul Verde, located at Tucker’s Point Club with views of the course and picturesque Bermuda waters. The Tournament will begin at 12 p.m. with a shotgun start and will follow a 2-ball, shamble format. That evening from 4:30 p.m., players and guests will be invited to a Casual Bistro-style BBQ featuring live entertainment. 

Sunday, November 27th - 2nd Day of the Tournament 

The second and final day of the tournament will begin on Sunday, November 27th at 10 a.m. with a grab-and-go brunch at Sul Verde followed by an 11 a.m. shotgun start following a 2-ball, best-ball format. To conclude the tournament, cocktails, and dinner will be provided from 5 p.m. that evening, along with live entertainment and special prizes that will be given to the winning participants.

CHARITABLE PARTNER

Rosewood Bermuda will be supporting the Family Centre, an accredited nonprofit organization dedicated to improving families’ lives in Bermuda, by donating proceeds from auctioned prize items to the foundation. The event will also include sponsorships and prize donations in the form of a car, exclusive trips to other Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, and more. Some prizes will be given through competitive events during the Rosewood Cup while others will be auctioned off to generate funding for the Family Centre.
