Women’s Essential Self-Defense Course

On Thursday December 5th and Thursday, December 12th, 2013, Bermuda's Jiketsu Martial Arts, Fitness & Natural Healing Centre is offering a two-lesson self-defense course for women. The classes will be held from 530 to 730pm both days and attendees will learn all about how to defend themselves, including awareness, ground escape and close range.
