About this Event

Beginning Thursday, May 1st, 2014, Bermuda's Yoga Centre is offering a Beginners I Course for those who are new to Yoga. Designed to teach the basic principles of the practice, it will run for 12 weeks and cost $260.00. Students can expect to develop awareness and build confidence throughout the course, which prepares individuals for Beginners II and multilevel classes.
