On Saturday, May 24th, 2014, at 11am, the brand new Bermuda Fairmont Hamilton Princess eatery, 1609 Bar & Restaurant, is officially opening! Guests will enjoy dining in the open air, with a great view of the harbour, at this restaurant, which is named in honour of the Sea Venture wreck and the colonization of the island. Reservations are not required.
