About this Event

Bermuda's Lotus Wellness Centre is hosting an Aerial Lyra Taster Class on Friday, September 23rd from 730 to 830pm. A great new way to excercise using a suspended circular steel apparatus, the lyra requires considerable coordination and flexibility. Routines are an exciting way to shake things up! 

 

The cost is $15 per class or $20 for two classes (this class can be combined with another Taster option at the centre) These classes are open to all, but designed for adults. Call or email to learn more or register.
