Come As You Are: Weekly Sound Healing Sessions at Spirit House

Join “Come As You Are” at Spirit House in Devonshire, Bermuda, for weekly Crystal Singing Bowl sound healing sessions with Skye every Thursday from 6:00–7:00pm (doors open at 5:45pm). This indoor experience combines restorative crystal singing bowls, vocal soundscapes, guided meditations, body scanning, and mindfulness practices to promote nervous system balance, energy alignment, and deep relaxation. Spirit House provides bolsters, blankets, and cushions, and participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or personal comfort items. Each session is a grounding weekly ritual designed to help attendees reconnect with themselves, reduce stress, and cultivate inner calm in a cozy, supportive space in Devonshire, Bermuda.
