Join Waterfront Wellness's Football Performance Camp, a structured youth development program designed to help young footballers aged 12–15 years improve every aspect of their game. Participants will develop technical skills, speed, strength, conditioning, and overall athletic performance through purposeful coaching delivered by experienced Waterfront Wellness trainers.
In addition to physical training, the camp includes education in nutrition and sports psychology to help young athletes build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits on and off the pitch.
Participants may register for either one week or both weeks of the program.
