Friday evenings take on a Mediterranean flavour at the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club. The Mediterraneo Beach Barbecue pairs a grilled buffet with live entertainment and sunset views across Sinky Bay.

The menu brings Mediterranean-inspired favourites to the beach, including seafood paella, Papa Tony’s pork bifanas, cannolis, olive oil lemon tarts and more.

Held every Friday from 6:30pm to 10pm at the Princess Beach Club, the evening is open to hotel guests and local residents. It’s a relaxed way to start the weekend with good food, music and a beautiful waterside setting.
