About this Event

The RenaissanceRe Junior Gold Cup returns from October 13–17, 2026, bringing talented young Optimist sailors together for international competition hosted by the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club. The invitational regatta gives Bermuda’s youth sailors an opportunity to race alongside leading junior competitors from overseas. Racing takes place on Bermuda’s waters, with the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club serving as the host venue. The event has been part of Bermuda’s sailing calendar since 2002 and continues alongside the island’s October match-racing programme.
